I'm so excited to be hosting this gorgeous retreat in the beautiful Essex countryside over this magical weekend! When I was first feeling into this retreat, the word GLOW kept coming to mind. My intention is to create a space for you to slow down and charge up your precious energy, to renew and expand your inner glow, and come back home to yourself. This glow lives within all of us... but the speed and distractions of our modern lives can sometimes pull us away from it. Our inner glow is the magic of our heart and soul, the part of us beyond the limitations of the mind.
So, I invite you to SOULFUL, a retreat for you to immerse yourself in this sacred pause, where you'll be nourished from head to toe, (mind, body and spirit), and experience deep rest to support you in reconnecting to the wisdom of your heart intelligence and soul song. Over the weekend we'll enjoy gentle movement, journalling, ceremonial cacao, sound healing and lots and lots of creativity... it really is the most wholesome and nourishing weekend, and I'm so excited to share it with you!
