Service Description
An immersive 90 minute yoga class that works with a powerful formula of breath + movement + intention = transformation. Kundalini Global works with ancient technologies that remind us of the power we have to change how we feel. Reducing stress, finding calm, expanding our capacity, slowing down, finding stillness. It's all here in this really enriching and empowering 90 minute class. You can expect 20-30 minutes of breathwork, followed by 50-60 minute of movement, finishing with 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Not suitable for pregnancy.
