Cacao and Sound

Service Description

90 dreamy minutes all for you! ☁️ We’ll begin our session in circle with a nourishing mug of ceremonial cacao (or rose tea), and a mini meditation to ground into the heart space. You’ll then have space to journal if you feel called to, or time to simply be with your heart. 🤍 We’ll then take time to build ourselves a rest nest, and settle into a frequency of light sound bath, an intuitive sound journey to connect to the voice of your soul. 💫 We’ll end our time together softly and slowly, perhaps an oracle card for a cosmic message, and time to chat and share if you feel called to! 🥰 I can’t wait to hold this space for you! xxxx
