ILLUMINATE: Full Moon - Cacao and Sound

Service Description

A 90 minute immersion to honour the full moon, as well as our own inner cycles and seasons. Come in your cosies (PJs welcome), bring your favourite mug for cacao, and prepare to enter a state of deep relaxation and recalibration. We'll begin our session connecting with the magic and spirit or ceremonial cacao, before creating our rest nest to bathe in the frequency of crystal singing bowls, voice and chimes. We'll end our session with a herbal tea, oracle cards, and time to reflect and journal together.
