Service Description

Come join me online on Zoom every Tuesday morning for a guided meditation practice. We have 30 minutes to sink into stillness and anchor into presence before the day begins. Practice from anywhere - set up your space and create yourself a calm haven to settle into. Roll out a yoga mat, a cushion or use a chair. This class is inclusive and welcoming for all - so if you’re new to meditation, please come and join us! ALL THE DEETS…. Where? Online on Zoom When? Tuesday Mornings // 07:30-08:00 // 30 minute class How much? £5 drop in // £40 monthly membership (unlimited classes including weekly kundalini global and yin yoga) Do I need to book in advance? There’s limited spaces so we recommend booking in advance. You can book right here on our website - select a date and you're in! What do I need to bring? A yoga mat, a cushion or a chair. What is Meditation? I like to explore a variety of meditation techniques so come with an open mind and curiosity to try out different ways of enjoying this practice. We'll often begin with the breath and then connect with a tool to help focus the mind... this could be a mudra, a mantra, a visualisation, extended breath awareness, or many other methods. The outcome: whatever you wish - perhaps to feel focused, calm, clear, in flow... Who’s this for? Anyone and everyone! All are welcome!
