Come join me at The Commons every Monday evening or Tuesday morning for an energising Kundalini Global yoga practice to kick start your week! We’ll work through a series of posture and breath that will hold space for you to experience the transformation and magic available to you on your mat. We practice in the beautiful Minories gallery cafe space - The Commons, where we get to create our own universe for 60 minutes. I can’t wait to share this powerful and potent practice with you! This class is inclusive and welcoming for all - so if you’re new to yoga, please come and join us! ALL THE DEETS…. Where? The Commons Community Kitchen and Cafe at The Minories - 74 High St, Colchester CO1 1UE - Entrance via the minories garden and back gate - located between first site and curzon. When? Monday Evenings // 19:00-20:00 // 60 minute class Tuesday Mornings // 08:00-09:00 // 60 minute class How much? £10 drop in // £40 monthly membership (unlimited classes including weekly yin and relaxation, and meditation) Do I need to book in advance? There’s limited spaces so we recommend booking in advance. You can book right here on our website - select a date and you're in! What do I need to bring? This space doesn’t have yoga equipment so please bring your own yoga mat. Blocks, blanket and pillow are all nice additions but not essentials. What is Kundalini Global yoga? We work with intention, posture and breath to create transformation from within the body. This practice is both activating and calming - working with our nervous system to bring us into a space of neutrality and clarity. Who’s this for? Anyone and everyone!
