Service Description

Come join me at on zoom every Monday evening for a blissful yin yoga and relaxation practice. My intention for you in this class is to let go... let go of mental and physical tension, surrender to the magic of your yoga mat and release the weight of the world! Practice from anywhere - set up your yoga space and prepare to melt into your mat for 45 minutes. I can’t wait to share this gentle yet powerful practice with you! This class is inclusive and welcoming for all - so if you’re new to yoga, please come and join us! ALL THE DEETS…. Where? Online on Zoom When? Monday Evenings // 20:15-21:00 // 45 minute class How much? £8 drop in // £40 monthly membership (unlimited classes including weekly kundalini global and meditation) Do I need to book in advance? There’s limited spaces so we recommend booking in advance. You can book right here on our website - select a date and you're in! What do I need to bring? A yoga mat! Bolster or a pillow, blocks, blanket and eye pillows are all nice additions but not essentials. What is Yin Yoga and Relaxation? In our yin practice, we'll hold postures for 3-5 minutes, creating lots of space in our being. This practice targets our deep connective tissues, like our fascia, ligaments, and joints - making it a very complimentary practice to more yang and muscle activating exercise. Our relaxation will include the soothing sounds of chimes to help you melt into rest. Who’s this for? Anyone and everyone!
